Hi Bill,
I have just noticed (very belatedly I admit)an error in this news item. The pictures in the feature in Hertfordshire Life are in fact my own, not Marcus Harpur’s. If he reads the magazine (highly unlikely), Marcus may be a bit upset to have the pictures of a rank amateur like me attributed to him. Marcus’s 2009 autumm pictures of our garden are currently appearing in a feature on our garden in the November edition of Garden Answers magazine.
