Sandy Primrose – Modern Plant Hunters
Sandy’s research into contemporary plant hunting will fascinate our audience this month. His stories of modern plant hunters and their breathtaking adventures give an insight into the ever-increasing numbers of new plant introductions. His work also examines the search for medicinal plants and considers such developments as the effect of habitat destruction on plant loss and plant diversity.
Guests (£5 entrance fee) always welcome at our meetings.
