David Singleton will do his best to circulate the information to members by email at the appropriate time. However, this year, the onus will be on you to let David know about your event in good time, the sooner the better, including the location, date and time and any other relevant details.

There is, of course no absolute guarantee that emails will be sent, or that they will reach all HHPS members. David may be away at the crucial time, and emails are sometimes lost without trace in the internet maze.
